WOW! How cool is the new Biocode system from ATRD. This has got be to the ultimate security device to have in your pride and joy. After purchasing my Evo 9 earlier this year I was well aware of how sort after this vehicle is by criminals. I had a Tracker and Clifford cat 1 alarm installed, which is generally the normal sort of security that gets fitted to these types of cars, but I was not 100% at ease that these devices would deter thieves or even stop the car from getting stolen in the first place. I have had the biometric immobiliser installed for more than two months now and since day one it has given me the confidence that my car is secure and safe.

The best part about the Biometric immobiliser is that fits perfectly into my dash – it looks factory fitted! And it also works with my remote engine start feature on my Clifford alarm.

Driving Adventures was first introduced to ATRD’s state-of-the-art car security products back in 2006 when ATRD carried out the first test pilots of their biometric immobiliser on one of our support vehicles. We were very impressed with the product, especially with its speed of installation and ease of use on an everyday basis.

In early 2007, we were privileged to be one of the first companies to test the latest generation of biometric technology to hit the market, and what an incredible piece of technology it has proven to be. I was really impressed with the biometric immobiliser. I had the ATY-1 fitted to my Audi A3, and then the new Biocode M10 fitted to my vintage MGB GT. There are minimal amount of electrics in my car so it was very surprising that it worked! There is nothing else out there that I have found that could give me this level of security.
