All goods are covered by manufacturers' warranties. This expressly excludes any claim for the cost of the labour that may be involved in replacing faulty goods, unless otherwise stated.
Claims based upon those defects of quantity, quality or condition which should be apparent upon reasonable examination shall be made immediately known by telephone, fax or telephone message and written confirmation despatched within 5 business days of arrival of the goods at the destination to which they have been consigned.
The Company will, at its option, replace or credit the Purchaser with the value of any defective goods supplied by the Company. The Company will only do this if it is satisfied such defects arose solely through faulty material or workmanship, and such goods are returned, in a manner agreed by the Company, immediately upon discovery of the defect. The Company will normally not consider any claims made after 12 months from date of despatch.
The Goods will be as described in this Site from time to time. It is possible that some information on this Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. We reserve the right without notice at any time to amend, improve or correct any information on this Site and to discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any range or line of goods.
If you are a consumer you have the right to cancel the contract without reason and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing of your wish to cancel within 7 working days commencing the day after the day on which the goods were delivered. You should contact us by letter, fax or e-mail at the address shown on this site. The goods must be returned to us in their original packaging and be in a condition fit for sale. The cost of returning the goods and insuring them in transit is for the account of the Buyer. The goods must be returned within 14 days of contract cancellation. A full refund will be made providing these conditions are met.

Making a purchase
Prices on this site are displayed exclusive of V.A.T.
Purchases can be made using our secure online payment by checking out through the website. Alternatively, orders can be made by telephone, fax, post or e-mail and payment made by credit card, cheque or postal order. If paying by cheque, please allow 4-5 working days from receipt of your cheque before despatch of your order to allow bank clearance.
Stock items will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt of credit card payment. While we aim to keep our stock levels correct at all time, availability of a part on this website indicates our normal stock status. In the event of an ordered item not being in stock the customer will be informed by email or telephone within 2 working days and offered either a full refund or the option to back-order the item pending new stock arriving.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Terms and Conditions of Sale
- Parts ordered to customer’s specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally described.
- Any parts that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled will be subject to a 25% minimum handling charge. (Damaged or faulty goods may still be credited after the 7 day period dependant on the circumstance)
- Any shortfall or damage to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods.
- All parts being returned for credit must be in a re-saleable condition. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted or if sealant grease has been applied. (With the exception of faulty goods)
- We reserve the right to refuse exchange units that are considered to be in an unserviceable condition.
- Items returned for credit must be accompanied by the relevant invoice or proof of purchase.
- All parts and accessories from keen4parts.com are guaranteed. Please check individual specification and guarantee available for the product at the time of purchase.
- Internet orders are subject to a delivery charge, this charge will vary depending on the product. All charges will be notified before completion of the order.
Important information for customers outside of the United Kingdom:
Your country of residence may impose import duties and taxes on the parts we ship to you. Any additional charges for customs clearance are not included in our prices and require payment upon delivery. Should your order be returned to us, due to unpaid import duties and taxes, restocking fees may be charged to your credit card. Because customs policies vary widely from country to country; we strongly recommend that you contact your local customs authority to confirm any possible import duties and taxes before placing an order.
